UPDATE — June 26, 2026: All Boivin, one of the most wanted fugitives, has been captured and arrested in Spain. He had been on the run since 2023.

All Boivin, considered the most wanted fugitive in Canada, has been arrested in Spain on June 26th, 2026. Boivin, who is 36 years old, had been on the run since February 2023. The 36-year-old from Saguenay, Que., had been sought since Feb. 15, 2023, on Canada-wide warrants for crimes including gangsterism, aggravated assault, kidnapping, forcible confinement, and weapons trafficking.

Wanted for Drug Trafficking by Sûreté du Québec. Canada-wide warrants for numerous drug-related offences including but not limited to trafficking, conspiracy to traffic, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

All Boivin has numerous ties in Quebec, particularly in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region. Investigators strongly believe he may still be in the province and that accomplices are helping him evade the authorities. Investigators believe Boivin may be on the run with a female accomplice, Yaulise Lemieux-Bellavance, 26. They could be using aliases, such as Jacob Tremblay and Mariane Peto.

WARNING: Take no action to apprehend All Boivin yourself. He may be armed and dangerous. Anyone offering Boivin assistance in evading arrest may be considered an accessory after the fact and face charges.
